Some of you might have noticed the new "Open Chat Window" icon in the upper right-hand corner of your web owner control panel. This new feature is now fully functional and will allow you to chat with customers on the network. Features include: Text messaging, Links formatting, Multiple sessions, Accept/decline invitation, Advanced text formatting, Send images and files, and One-to-one audio/video chat. This is Phase 1 of the new chat system. Phase 2 will allow for chat billing on a per minute basis. For now please use the chat system to set up calls and enhance pay per minute phone sessions.
