Group Batch Withdraw

Group owners can now withdrawal funds from all operators in one easy batch process.  In the past a group owner would have to log in as each operator and withdrawal manually from the operator account.  This was very time consuming.  Now you can easily select all operators and withdrawal all funds in a single click!
