Answer : The title, description, and keywords of your website are a very important part of Search Engine Optimization. Please be sure to enter information that matches your website's services.
Answer : You can add as many links to your website as you want. For example you may want to add link that explains your website's services and provides visitors more details. The links you create will appear on the right side of your site.
Answer : Each operator can have customer discussion topics that will appear on the operator's webpage. This allows visitors to your webpage insight on what conversational topics the operator is available for.
We advertise all websites and list operators according to their categories. For example, Tech Support would be a category listing and all operators that have that listed in their discussion topics will appear in that directory. Therefore it is important to create as many discussion topics as possible, and add them to your operator's profile page.
Answer : You can change the operator's phone number at anytime and this will update instantly. If you are both the website owner and operator you will change this to your receiving phone number. This number will not be accessible by the public.
You can create unlimited galleries for each operator on your website. If you grant the operators login access, they can create their own galleries. If you are both the website owner and the operator(s), then you can manage everything from your website owner admin panel.
Answer : After you create a new gallery and upload images, you can make one of the images a cover image. This would be the image that represents the gallery. If you do not select a cover image your gallery icon will be an image of a folder.
To make your website look even better you should select some images in your gallery and display them on your operator's web page. You can display up to 4 images on your web page.
Answer : You can change the percentage rate for the operator's call and web store sales at any time. By default you keep 70% of all transactions. If you are the website owner and the operator(s), then you should set the operator's percentage rate to 0. This would mean that the website owner (you), would keep the full 70%.
So why would you set the operator's percentage? You may want to hire someone to work on your website and give them a percentage of the profits. For example you may hire an operator and give the operator 50% of all call and web store sales the operator generates. In this case you would set the operator's percentage to 50. This would mean the operator would keep 50% of all call and web store sales she generates, and you would keep the remaining 20%.
The 50% the operator makes would appear in her admin panel in real-time. This means that as soon as she completes a call she would see the 50% profit from that call. You would also see your cut of 20% from that call added to your website owner admin panel in real-time.
Answer : Yes, we have created a batch command system that allows you to quickly change the per minute rate and percentage rate of all operators on your website.
Answer : You can set the operator's status to inactive and this will remove them from public view. If you need the operator completely deleted, please contact us and we will take care of it.
Answer : You can add an unlimited amount of operators to your website and each operator account will instantly appear on your site. You will need to complete all of the details for the new operator, including; name, phone number, call rate, web store rate, percentage rate, receiving phone number, operator image, stats (optional), about me section, and select any discussion topics for the operator.
Answer : Some website owners have over 50 operators listed on their website and it can become difficult to locate a single account to manage. We have created a quick search method so you can quickly locate any operator on your site.
Answer : When your operator's status id online, the operator's indicator icon will show that she is available for calls and customers will be able to connect to the operator. When the operator's status is set to offline her indicator icon will show "Book your Sesson". Customer will not be able to connect to the operator but they can contact the operator about a session later on.
When the operator is connected to a customer the status icon will show "On a Call".
Answer : You can set the status of an operator (or all operators) by calendar. For example if you know that the operator will be online everyday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, you can set the operator's calendar and the status icon will automatically change from offline to online during those times.
Please note that our calendar is based on Central Standard Time USA. Therefore you will need to calculate the proper time based on where you are. When you set the calendar feature for your operators, their available times will appear on their web page. This lets potential callers know when you will be available for calls.

Answer : You can change the e-mail address for an operator at anytime. The e-mail adress will remain private and is not viewable by the public or customers. Please make sure that the e-mail address is correct because everytime you receive a message in your MPS inbox you will also receive an alert to your private e-mail address.
Answer : You can view all calls from your "call history" section. Some calls that appear in your "missed calls" section are actually calls that failed to reach you. For example the caller may have hung up before the call rang your phone.
Answer : After every call you can review the call details from your "call history" section. To the far right is a send message button that will allow you to send the caller a message. It is always good to send a thank you message after every call.
If you have many operator accounts on your network you may want to creater group accounts and assign a number of operators under each group. For example; you and your friend run the entire website and you have 15 charaters that you each portray. As the wbesite owner you can log in and easily manage every operaor on the site, but your friend would have to log into each operator account individually and this can get tedious.
By creating a group account for your friend she can now log into one area and view every character she runs. This makes it much easier for her to manage all of the operator accounts in one area.
Answer : Group account owners need 3 login credentials; webowner ID, username, and password. The webowner ID is sent to you when you create the group. Please check your e-mail to find this information.
Answer : You can sell both downloadable items; videos, images, zip files, voice files, etc., and physical items; clothing, etc. If you are creating a new web store item that you want customers to download immediately after ordering then you will need to select "download" when you create the product. Items labeled as "download" will be accessible to the customer directly after purchase the the profit will appear in your admin panel.
Answer : When a customer orders a downloadable product from your operator's web store the profit will be added to your account and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the new sale. You can verify the sale by reviewing the "order history" section of the operator's store. It may take up to 5 minutes for the status to change from "pending" to "approved".
Answer : You can paste the HTML code of any web store item to an external website. For example you may have another website that is not part of the MPS network and you wish to display all of your web store products on that site. We have enabled an easy way for you to customize the product layout and copy the code. You will need to paste the code directly into the HTML of the site you want the item to be displayed on.
Answer : When you create web store items you can select the item as "download" or "shipment". If the item is "shipment" it means that you will ship the physical item to the customer. When this type of item is sold you will need to log into your website owner account and approve the order. After approval the profit from the sale will appear in your account within 5 minutes. During this time it will show as "pending".
You can add your operators call buttons to other websites. This will display the operator's status and allow customers to register, desposit money, and easily connect. You will need to paste the call button source code into the HTML of the website you wish to display the call button on. In this video we show how to find the simple call button code. *The simple code has all of the same features as the advanced call button and is much easier to add to a website.
Answer : This is most likely due to your operator percentage setting.
By default website owners keep 70% of all call transactions. You can set the operator percentage from 0 to 70. If you work the operator account(s) yourself then you should set the % to 0.
This would mean that the full 70% would appear in your website owner admin panel. However if you plan to hire someone to work the operator account then you would need to decide how much of the 70% you intend to give to the operator.
If you want to give the operator 50%, then you would set this to 50.00. This would mean that the operator would keep 50% and you (as the website owner) would keep the remaining 20%.
So why would you set the operator percentage? The only time you need to set the operator's percentage is if you intend to hire someone and give them a portion of your 70%. Otherwise always keep the operator % set at 0.
What do you do if you have already set your operator(s) percentage to 70%?Click on each operator's profile page and change them to 0. Then e-mail us and we will manually transfer the money from your operator's account to your website owner account.
