When a customer connects to an operator our system first verifies that the customer has funds in his account.  If the customer has at least $1.00 in his account the call will connect to the operator.  Customers can connect in 2 ways:

Connecting using our online dial pad

All operators have a call button that serves as a real-time status indicator and call connection system. When the operator is available to accept calls the call button will appear green and it will say, "Click here to Call Me!".  Customers click on this button and a connection box.  This is far more than a simple dial pad.  Customers can register, log in, deposit money, send messages, view operator feedback, and connect directly to the operator.  Customers are never directed away from your web page as they can do everything from the connection box.

This is what the customer will see when clicking on any of the operator's call buttons.  As you can see the customer is able to view his account balance, operator per minute rate, and have access to various controls.  To connect to the operator the customer will enter his phone number into the phone number field and click "call". 

Our automated system then connects to the customer and places him on hold while the operator is connected.  There are no charges to the customer's account during this time.  The customer and operator will see the incoming call on their caller id as (888) 308-2904.  When the call is received by the operator she will hear, "You have a pay per minute call from MPS, to accept the call please press 1, to decline the call please hang up".  If the operator does not hang up within 30 seconds the call will be connected.  We allow for automatic connections due to fact that some phones lack proper signal strength and do not respond to pressing 1. 

Once connected the customer's account balance will be deducted every minute according to the operator's per minute rate.  At the end of the call the operator will be able to see the the profit from the call, including how many minutes the call lasted, the alias name of the customer, and she will have the ability to send a message to the customer's MPS inbox. 

Connecting using our toll free number

Customers can also connect to operators by using our toll free number.  This allows customers the ability to connect even when they are offline.  Customers can register over the phone, log into their account over the phone, review their account balance, add funds to their account, and connect to any operator on our network by entering the operator's unique extension number.

To connect via our toll free number, customers dial 1 (877) 814-6794.  They are then asked to enter their pin code and access key.  If they are an existing customer this information will be available to them. If they are not a customer they can easily register over the phone.  Once the customer is logged into his account he can enter the extension number of the operator he wishes to connect with.  The customer is then placed on hold while the operator is connected.  When the operator picks up her phone she will hear, "You have a pay per minute call from MPS, to accept the call please press 1, to decline the call please hang up".  If the operator does not hang up within 30 seconds the call will be connected.  The customer and operator's real phone number are always hidden for your protection.

Once connected the customer's account balance will be deducted every minute according to the operator's per minute rate.  At the end of the call the operator will be able to see the the profit from the call, including how many minutes the call lasted, the alias name of the customer, and she will have the ability to send a message to the customer's MPS inbox.
